The short version: Some links on this site earn us a small commission if you buy something. It costs you nothing extra. We only recommend things we'd genuinely use ourselves.

What affiliate marketing means

The Longevity Den participates in affiliate marketing programmes, including Amazon Associates and direct affiliate partnerships with supplement and health product companies. This means that when you click certain product links on our site and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission — typically 5–20% of the purchase price, at no additional cost to you.

This is one of the primary ways we fund the research, writing, and maintenance of this site. Without affiliate income, we would not be able to produce the depth of content we do.

Our editorial policy

Affiliate relationships do not influence what we recommend. Our product picks are based on three criteria, in this order:

We do not recommend products simply because they offer higher commissions. We do not accept payment to feature products in our editorial content. If a product doesn't meet our standards, we say so — even if it means lower affiliate income.

Which pages contain affiliate links

Affiliate links are primarily found in our Best Of roundup pages and within individual articles where we recommend specific products. Every page containing affiliate links includes a visible disclosure notice.

Programmes we currently participate in or are applying to include:

FTC compliance

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255) and applicable international advertising standards. The Longevity Den complies with all applicable disclosure requirements.
